Korineum grounds team harvest the Resort’s very own olives and carobs. The Kitchen then produces top of the range extra virgin olive oil, which is used in all the Buffet and A la Carte dishes. The production of Carob syrup also takes place at the Korineum kitchen, which is worldly known as one of the most nutritious products used as an alternative for chocolate. Korineum gardens also produce seasonal fruit and vegetable which further enhances the fresh and flavourful dining experience.
